1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Trackzo (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

Trackzo is a personal budget tracking application that lets you record expenses, set savings goals, and optionally scan receipts using AI. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account screen in the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Trackzo offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.

5. AI Receipt Scanning

The receipt scanning feature uses artificial intelligence to extract information from receipt images. AI results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any extracted data before saving it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it using unauthorized means, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

Trackzo is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackzo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
